    A determined, motivated and collaborative person who is passionate about A determined, motivated and collaborative person who is passionate about the fusion of learning and the multifaceted nature of the fitness and health industry.
    Being in the industry for more than 15 years, Roy was a military regular where he realised his calling in fitness training. After his military stint, he furthered his education and completed his Masters in Sport Science with Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. Subsequently, he returned to Singapore as a fitness coach for 2 years, specialising in strength and conditioning, training special population and adolescents. Thereafter, Roy joined a commercial entity for almost 10 years where he kick-started, maintained and ensured profitability of a new fitness business unit. The 2 most notable highlights during his tenure were winning and managing a multi-million government fitness training tender over 7 years from start to end and winning a grant to develop a technological prototype that allows grading of human movement coupled with e-learning capabilities. Presently with AEF, Roy hopes to develop and groom future fitness trainers and leaders with his drive and experience.the fusion of learning and the multifaceted nature of the fitness and health industry.

    An avid runner who wanted to understand how the human body reacts to various training stimulus and achieve better performance. Donavan was a military expert in the Armed Forces when he enrolled and completed his Bachelors in Exercise and Sport Science with Edith Cowan University, Western Australia. With his new-found passion and drive, he entered into the fitness and health industry 7 years ago and never looked back. In his current tenure, he works with international brands such as TRX, Trigger Point and Therabody to deliver their education program locally. In his position, he also works with major commercial gym chains, corporate companies and condominiums locally to train their internal staff on the usage and basic maintenance of the fitness equipment. As part of his portfolio, Donavan also designs gyms for his customers, ensuring that fitness equipment and space are fully utilised to create a conducive environment for that special workout feel. A well-rounded team player, Donavan hopes to groom future fitness leaders and trainers and offer a different perspective on their journey in the fitness and health industry.
